Very happy with every set of nails I get done by these amazing ladies took me 3 different salons until I found td nails and I tell you I’ll never go anywhere else I’ve even got my mum and sister going to TD nails too I love how they check to make sure that your nails all look the same unlike other stores I’ve been to, can’t wait to see you lovely ladies Sunday ❤️

The lady that did my nails was rough, rude and had no customer service whatsoever!!

Do not support a business that fails to recognise what is right and what is wrong. It is quite a shame considering this business seemed, at first glance, humble. However, they made assumptions based on interactions that they were not involved in and in doing so, presenting a biased argument. I will be telling others to take their nails elsewhere. Do not come here. Two words: unfriendly staff. In all honesty I should have read other reviews of this place as it seems there is a reoccuring pattern - rude and dismissive staff. If you want the friendly customer service you deserve, go someplace else. I'll be directing others to do so and cautioning them to stay away from this place.

Not professional, only running that business for money. There was only 1 nail technician and she has taken 3 people to do manicure. Rushed all the way through my pedicure to serve other clients. When i normally get medicure done, i will feel the softness for 2 days. Not with them!! Please avoid....

Ok, you get what you pay for - pretty rough, pretty rushed and no conversation. I got a standard "you had a nice day?" but as I started to reply, her colleague recommenced the conversation I'd apparently interrupted by arriving, which then continued for the whole pedi. Now I understand why the customer next to me was on her phone the whole time (which I'd initially thought was rude). Also, I had finish filing and moisturising my heels when I got home as they were hacked and rough (no way could I have put sandals on right away - feet not fit for display!) So if you're looking for a relaxing, client-focused spa experience then let's face it - you'll need to stump up more than $40 and go somewhere else - but if you just need your feet generally tidied up, and polish that will last a bit longer than a home job, then this place is fine.

I am very happy with TD Nails Gateway. They are very customer focused and do a fantastic job with pedicures, infills and SNS.

My feet look just as bad, if not worse than before getting my pedicure here. She forgot to file the calluses on my feet when I asked her to please do it, she proceeded to do it on my dry feet after polishing them. They now look rugged and disgusting. I will NOT be coming back.
