658 44 days after paying upfront and for 2 sets of glasses and I’m still waiting. Very poor customer relations. No courtesy call. I had to call to see what’s going on and they said one pair has been in for a while but they are waiting on the others. So how about calling so I could arrange a pick up. Also you’d think they would offer to send them down separately as I live remote and do it without trying to charge a second lot of postage. You know... to make up for the lack of professionalism by not contacting clients... Yes it’s covid 19 related and things are going slow. But when you say it’s going to be 14 days and it’s 44 days later how about a call. Business is going elsewhere.
