When building you have a far wider range of options with how your house looks and functions. The floor-plans, location, colour of fixtures and a host of other features can all be tailored to your needs.

The duration can vary, depending on the size of the home and the materials used. Though in most cases it takes close to 3 or 4 months to finish a custom home.
