We are extremely happy with our kitchen from Hats Off. From the design with Jim and Glen to the installation by Leon who's attention to detail is impeccable and what a tradesman , reliable , professional and just an all round genuine guy . The office staff Tanya and Jenna are only to happy to help if you need and changes and you are always informed as to the progress of your kitchen delivery & installation dates. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hats Off for your next kitchen.

Finalised product was amazing as was the price, hence the two stars that was where the experience ended. To start with the initial consultation didn’t pick up that there was existing plumbing behind the fridge that would impede the kitchen cupboard design that had already been fabricated so we lost the ability to have plumbing to our fridge. The additional pantry we ordered didn’t have the same inside colour strips so additional delays occurred. The plumber didn’t turn up on the scheduled day to fit the dishwasher and sink and once he did we had leak’s coming from sink where he failed to tighten a nut correctly. In summary quick to take your money, Slow to get back to you when problems occurred and shocking at explaining the build process with dates of tradesman. Would not recommend Hats Off to anyone despite getting a beautiful kitchen in the end.

Competitive pricing, good quality work. Removal and reinstallaton done in one day keeping disruption to a minimum. They co-ordinated all required trades and were great to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We have just had our new kitchen installed by Hats Off Kitchens. We are both very pleased and excited by the job they have done. We have a Beechwood home that is 16 years old which already had a tired but very nice kitchen that was upgraded and customized when the house was built. We tried to design a kitchen ourselves so we knew what we wanted but none of our own designs did what we wanted. Stuart the designer from Hats Off Kitchens listened to what we were trying to achieve and came up with a design that was exactly what we wanted. The price we were quoted was less than we expected and it came in right on budget. Leon the installer did a magnificent job of fitting the cupboards and organizing the trades persons so that we experienced minimal disruption during construction. The work done by the Plumber, Electrician, Plasterers and Tiler was absolutely first class. The finished product is a tribute to Hats Off Kitchens.

Kitchen is ok - there were a few mistakes which they kind of patched up. It is much cheaper to get your own tradesmen for the other bits - plumbing, tiling, electrical. It was nearly half the cost to get my own tradesmen. They told me there is an mark-up from Hats Off. Well, it was nearly double. Bit disappointed not being told about the splash back colours as this affects the whole look of the kitchen but I guess they are really only kitchen installers and not complete kitchen designers as they have no builders license which they should have to organise and design a whole kitchen including all trades, so now I have no home owners warranty insurance. Just ask the questions and do your homework first before engaging this company.

I highly recommend Hats off kitchens. I recently had a kitchen done by them and couldn't be happier. All the staff were easy to deal with and made the whole process easy. They really listened to what I wanted and were very professional.
