Good old fashion service and professionalism. Fantastic range of products and they came direct to me. Halo went out of their way to source a specific product and even delivered direct to my factory.

Absolutely Terrible, stay from these guys, I took my carpet cleaning machine to have the wiring checked for 1 vacuum motor and when I picked it up as it was supposed to be fixed I took it to a job to use, when I went to use it the vacuum motors were working fine however the pump was not working at all! The pump was working perfectly when I first dropped it into them. They are now saying that they didn't touch the pump, so I guess a gremlin came in and sabotaged my machine!!! I took the machine back and they said that they would fix it up as it is their mistake and would make it a priority. 3 days later after not hearing from them I thought I had better ring them to find out if it was working and they rudely told me that I had done something and took absolutely no responsibility and tried to make me out to be the bad guy. After dropping it in to them I spoke to a colleague who said that he had the same problem and to steer clear of them and that he knew of at least 3 other people that had similar experiences. An absolute disgrace! FOR YOUR OWN SANITY DO NOT GO TO HALO SUPPLY SOLUTIONS! Lee, Absolute Cleaning Solutions
