18 people Booked in for dinner last Thursday night. 3 ordered fish and chips but only 2 provided I patiently waited but my meal never arrived. I mentioned it to the person who took the order and he confirmed that 3 were ordered but they had missed my order, he told me he would arrange ASAP. my meal was delivered promptly with the fish very hot but chips cold, the people who ordered fish and chips also said the chips were cold. Went to the toilets but the one I selected had no had washing facilities ie. basin, hand wash or paper towel I had to go to another cubicle wash hands. Hope this review will a repeat of the issues. The rest of the group were more than happy with their meals and service

The Brew Haven staff are great. Their breakfast menu has loads of choices. Best of all, the food is delicious. Their banana smoothie is yummy! This is a lovely café, and they have amazing paintings for sale, too!

The breakfast was great at Brew Haven. If it weren’t for the coffee, I would have given five stars. It was nice but, even with the extra shot, a bit weak for my liking. They have a great location and friendly staff.

The Brew Haven breakfast was nice. The coffee was good, and the service was friendly. The bacon was supposed to be crispy on one plate and cooked on the other, but both came as crispy. Otherwise, the food was nice. The tea was in a pot. However, the wife’s pet hate is that they used coffee cups for their tea, instead of fine-bone China mugs. This one fault can take you from a 5-star to a 4-star. Still, the foods were good, and the outlook was great.

For their convenient location and relaxing atmosphere, Brew Haven get a 10 out of 10! They have expert baristas, and they serve great breakfast. They have fresh and delicious food at great prices. The cheap eats make them popular with locals. The staff were lovely, so we shall definitely be back.

The service is good at Brew Haven. Their staff always check on how things are and even have a chat with you. This place serves great food that is reasonably priced.

Brew Haven attracts people from all over the Hastings area and beyond. And it’s because of their great food and service. They also serve the best coffee and juices.

Brew Haven serves wonderful coffee and hot choc. They have dog-friendly outside tables, and great, friendly service. Plus, the egg and bacon rolls are yummo!

Brew Haven is extremely popular for its coffee and breakfast. I can't recommend them highly enough since they have a great tacos-and-sangria-special. But the Philly cheese steak, slow roasted pork belly, and Cajun prawn were my favourites. The staff were excellent and Felix, the owner, was great. They have just started opening on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, which is when we just got to town, so we had the benefit of Felix's humour to ourselves.

When I went in for a proper feed at Brew Haven, the man behind the counter had difficulty understanding my English, probably because he was of European descent. I would go again to eat at this place as their fish-and-chips meal was quickly brought, and it was beautifully presented.

It’s hard to beat a place like Brew Haven! Today, I had lunch here with my husband. Both of our meals were delicious. I had S & P Squid with Asian Slaw and the hubby had quiche of the day with salad. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-cooked. The staff are friendly, and the place has a beautiful view.
