I was pleased with the whole process. Contact with the owner was available and the fitters arrived with everything they needed. A very thorough and professional installation both with the air conditioner inside and the machinery outside. Also a quick final demo of operation of the aircon.

So impressed with Joel and his team. We had the boys out to install a new ducted air conditioning unit at a really affordable price. They also installed a new split system air conditioning unit in our granny flat while they were here. Very reasonably price, quick service and very professional team. Recommend for a quote anytime. Will be recommending to friends.

Was happy with the job at the start 1/2/2023 then found that the inside unit was not securely secured to the wall. I have called on the 28/10/2024 but not given when someone was coming to rectify the problem. Rang again on 28/1/2025 still no body has come or rang to say when they are coming. There invoice CLAIMS to have a 7 year installation workmanship warranty. But I’m not sure of that as no body has come to rectify the problem. Bob

Had 2 x Toshiba air conditioners installed in the bedrooms. The guys worked non stop. Went through the instructions with us on what was the best settings etc. Very happy with the workmanship, they cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend this Company.
