The town of Windorah hosts the Whitula Gate Museum, a must see when travelling through the Channel Country. Stop in at the Windorah Information Centre to access the museum, have a chat and a cuppa with a local and get the low down on all the other exciting things to see and do in Windorah. Windorah Visitor Information Centre and the Whitula Gate Museum are located on the main thoroughfare through Windorah, in the heart of the Channel Country. The centres provides a welcome stop during your travels, with Driver Reviver tea and coffee, beautiful gardens, historical displays, road and tourist information and good local knowledge. The friendly staff will make you feel welcome and provide you with all the information you require to make you journey as easy as possible. Visit the Min Min Encounter where you will meet eccentric true blue Aussie 'characters' such as Bluey, Mrs McGreal and more who will enthrall you with their stories of the mysterious min min lights.
