The intention is to effect the necessary change in the most efficient way possible. As everyone is different, we each have different needs. As such, it is difficult to predict how many sessions any individual person will need. Sometimes, a single session is all that is needed. More commonly, however, between 2 and 5 sessions may be required to fully resolve challenges and make life-long changes.
