We offer a fully supported nutrition plan and fitness system to assist anyone in getting to their health and fitness goals.

Stride Mental Health Maitland offers an array of pioneering and high-quality specialist mental health services, tailored to the NDIS. With a focus on Improved Daily Living and Support Coordination, our services encompass therapy, outreach community access, plan implementation, supported accommodation, and more. NDIS participants aged 7 to 65 years old can benefit from our telehealth therapy. We fall under categories such as Counselling Services, Doctors & Medical Centres, Charities & Organisations, Health Support Organisations, and Community Services. Beresfield & District Community Care Inc. provide a range of support services in the Lower Hunter Region, to assist the frail, aged & younger people with a disability to remain independent in their home for as long as they choose. Carers are also supported in their vital role. Services provided include: Individual Transport, Meals on Wheels, Domestic Assistance and Social Support, Personal Care, Shopping, Centre Based Day Care, Carers Group Home Maintenance/lawn mowing & gardening Beresfield Community Care is approved to supply supports under the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
