The shop is known for its fresh, gourmet chicken products, which are prepared daily. “We have quality products, including our seasoned barbecued chickens; free-range eggs from Randells Farm at McPhersons Crossing and free range chickens and ducks from Burrawong Gaian.” Tim tries to keep a balance between work and play, getting up at 5.30am in order to fit in a run, cycle, swim or paddle before work plus squeezing in some football with his children and giving the Nippers a helping hand. The Chicken Butchery opens seven days a week.
