The Long Flat Pub Run, which is held every last weekend of November, is an annual event for motorcyclists from all over New South Wales and Queensland. One of the largest campdrafting events in the state is held in Long Flat in August each year, while the long-running Sea Food Day held every first Saturday of December draws people from surrounding towns such as Wauchope and Port Macquarie.
