A small rural village under the local government area of Sunshine Coast Region in Queensland, Eudlo is situated 5.6 kilometres south of Palmwoods, 94.7 kilometres north of Brisbane and 21.2 kilometres northeast of Sunshine Coast. The hinterland town’s name was thought to be derived from a local Aboriginal expression that describes eels. It was also formerly called Eudlo Creek in the 1900s, after the tributaries that fan out and pass through the village’s eastern side.
