Walligan is a suburban community in the Bundaberg & Wide Bay region of Queensland. The town is in close proximity to several tourist parks and attractions such as the Vernon Conservation Park, several sunny beaches and other recreational facilities from neighbouring towns and communities. Walligan is also conveniently near the Harvey Bay Airport, making it easier for local and foreign tourists to reach the suburb.
