Zilzie is a residential town in the Capricorn Coast region of Queensland within the Shire of Livingstone local government area.
Coorooman Estuary at Zilzie, is a Barramundi breeding ground and fishing hotspot.
Close by and still handy to the Rockhampton CBD and Yeppoon is Zilzie Bay, a master-planned residential community/tourist destination. With more than 6km of beach frontage looking out over Keppel Bay and Coorooman Creek, Zilzie Bay is home to Reef Palms, the world’s first synthetic 18-hole golf course. In addition, it also features a floodlit 9-hole par 3 golf course, mini golf and putt putt facilities, an events centre and an adventure playground for children.
