What do you wear in an infrared sauna?
We suggest wearing swimmers or nothing at all if you prefer. Exposed skin will sweat more freely that if it is covered. Please also remember to sit on a towel during your session. We also recommend that you do not apply oil or lotion to your body before your sauna session as it can stain the wood.
Do I need to book or can I walk in?
We recommend that you book your session prior to visiting our studio. We can't guarantee that we would have an available sauna if you walk in. It also takes some time to get our infrared sauna heated up to the right temperature prior to your arrival.
