Zac Royal Painting offers a large range of decorative finishes (feature walls) from texture finishes for interior or exterior surfaces'. Textured finishes have a large variety to choose from, they range from semi-gloss, suede an even metallic finishes. These types of finishes are more often found inside. (bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas etc.) Zac Royal Painting is more than capable of completing exterior work at a high level. Experienced in roof painting wether it be tiled roof or tin / colourbond roof. Weather boards, fibre cement sheeting, rendered walls, steel/wooden handrails, bricks, concrete walls an floors, picket fences an all other types of fences. Zac Royal Paining is also experienced in decorative exterior finishes such as the use of Dulux Granosite. This decorative finish is done using a woollen mitt, once applied to a rendered wall or brick wall it makes the surface look that extra bit better. These types of finishes add that little bit more to your house/property. Zac Royal Painting is experienced in timber finishes, ranging from staining to re-staining of timber doors, ceilings, walls and handrails. Taking that extra step in bringing timber surfaces back to life.

Unfortunately I can't recommend Zac Royal Painting Service. Zac and his crew painted the gutters, eaves, roof, facias, railings & decks at our house last week. The standard of work was sub-standard. In fact, I spent 2 hours on my day off yesterday, touching up areas that weren't painted at all (still the previous colourâ€”I have photos of this) and I'Â™m not happy about this considering I paid many thousands of dollars to Zac. They did the whole job in 4 days and even though we requested 2 coats on everything, this was not done. How do I know? Because the previous colour could be seen through in places. It seemed that their method of painting is very random which is perhaps why areas were not given a second coat, or painted at all. When I get home from work it is dark so once I realized they had finished & packed up I walked around the house the next morning and noticed many things that were not painted properly, or at all! We called Zac and he sent one of his guys back the following week and I provided a list and went through it with the guy. He spent about 2 hours slapping on paint here and there, and next thing I heard his car leave without verifying that everything was done, and it wasn't! So yesterday I was angry at having to touch up & fix the job that I paid Â˜professionals to do. So if you are looking for painters to do a quick, slap-on job then Zac Royal Painting is the one for you, and you could probably find someone cheaper to do this. However, if you are looking for a quality job, with attention to detail, then avoid this painting service. I donÂ€'Â™t like writing negative reviews, and actually haven't done this before, but I think people need to be aware of what they might get. Good luck!
