Due to the fact that through a change in my circumstances, I have made repeated attempts to cancel my (UNUSED) membership, well over 6 months after first joining, with all contact and correspondence up to this point going unanswered or acted upon and payments continuing to be taken each and every fortnight. This is an unacceptable response (or lack thereof) to a fair request and not a very professional way to run a 'reputable' business
