About Yoga and Meditation Lounge
Hi. I'm Lisa. Welcome! I am the founder of the Yoga and Meditation Lounge, which was originally opened in Cleveland, Brisbane in 2011. After working with students and clients here for over a decade, I sold the studio operation in 2022, and moved to the Sunshine Coast, where I'm now enjoying the coast life and all it offers. You can now find me teaching at various locations on the coast. I welcome you to join me. I'd love to meet you!
