About Yarran Wines
Our mission at the time of producing our first vintage in 1998 was to showcase the region’s capabilities, unique conditions, and history. Positioning ourselves as a small boutique winery in a region with an industry stigma to boot and large scale neighbours – we were often called crazy. On top of being the tiny winery in a region of giants, we designed and built a cellar door set in our vineyards for tourists and visitors to experience our Yarran way of life, connecting our story to our home. In a region that barely saw a wine tourist – again we we’re called crazy. Today we can confirm we are a little crazy but continue to strive for quality, approachability, and regional recognition with each vintage.

Can I hire the Yarran Cellar Door for a private function?
No sorry. Our Yarran Cellar Door was purpose built to showcase our wines and the Riverina wine scene as a whole. Hiring out our cellar door means we close down to all those that wish to visit and taste wine. For large groups wishing to book for special occasions, we'd love to try to accommodate you within our business hours! Please shoot us an email info@yarranwines.com.au.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Please don't - we'd get in quite a bit of trouble with our licencing man. As a winery with the liquor licence and commercial kitchen (even though tiny), BYO is a big risk to our operations.
