The worst Woolworths I have ever shopped at. In fact, I can say, in all honesty, it is the worst supermarket I have ever shopped at, period. The present management has one over-riding, all-encompassing motto: The Customer Is Always WRONG. Rude, condescending and dismissive, they infer that, in their minds, it is a privilege to shop there. There is often arguments going on at the front desk from unhappy customers that are met with a smug, self-righteousness that I have never experinced at ANY retailers and with such regularity. They refuse refunds or store credits for mistakes they(WWs) have made, and on occasions, have had the gall to say that the customer is actually better off with the mistake, to the point of, I think, wanting actual praise or an apology for bringing it to their attention. I have watched the place deteriorate in CS, available goods(NOT covid related; just mismanagement) and structure, for a couple of years now, but it has definitely gone way farther down. Avoid.
