Disgusted!!!!!! So angry!!! I rang up to book a table in the morning for 6pm i recieved a instant text confirmation and verbally told all booked in. We walk in at 6pm to get our table to look around and not find my name !!! I approached a staff member to be told we didnt put your name out. So just look for a table with no reserved sign on. Of course none avaliable !!! 😡😡 by this time I approached a male worker to say there was no tables avaliable when we specifically booked in the morning. he then told me "well you can sit outside and if your cold turn the heater on. No one sits outside" of course no one sits out side it's winter we have a child with us. We then walk out stunned to try turn on a Heater and of course no gas. We then decide to just leave hungry and angry and disgusted by management. We where in process to book a wedding here so you have lost that business now! This is a disgusting way of dealing with customers. Don't just tell a customer you just couldn't be bot

Pathetic....waited over an hour and people received their food before us . It was a quiet night. I ordered oysters they ran out. I ordered lasagna and they had ran out so I asked for a seafood pie. I received a beef pie. My wife and daughter had butter chicken . It was luke warm and terrible same with mine. Other people were complaining too. It's a monopoly so they didn't seem to care. The manager had no come back ...cook at home don't go there !!

Was a very busy night. Entree took nearly an hour and was very ordinary. Salt and Pepper Squid cold. Went to ask about meals and young waitress was asked by another patron if she could check on his meals as he had been waiting quite some time. Poor young girl was spoken extremely rudely to by the cook ( wouldn’t call them chefs). Main meal came about 2 mins after entree. Not enough room on table and my hubby knocked over his beer trying to fit all plates on small table. Beers and wine good and music created good vibe. Meals were terrible mains as well. Spent nearly $100 dollars on food. Quality worth not even half of this. Very disappointing won’t return.
