Turned up to quote on time. Took the time to explain all the options to us and did a fantastic job. House was left clean and tidy when finished and when I accidently scratched the floor a few weeks later he returned to fix the scratch at not extra charge. I am very please and I love my new shiny floors.

Do my skirting boards, timber doors and staircase need to match my timber floor?

Generally not. Surprisingly most species of timber regardless of colour match one another. If you would like matching interiors Wood Wizards can manufacture these items for you. Timber stair cases can be overlaid with the same timber flooring used in your home and can be laid, sanded and polished at the same time as your floor.

How soon after my floor is polished can I walk on it?

A newly finished floor may be walked upon after initial drying but some precautions are necessary until the coating system has fully hardened and this may take in the order of two weeks. It is recommended not to lay rugs on your floor during this period. Furniture protection pads should be attached to the feet of tables and chairs etc and furniture such as chairs should be lifted.
