Bit disappointed got these guys to my elderly parents place to treat for ants and termites did not work 1st time (waited 2 weeks) got them back for a second and still nothing. Managed to get invoiced for $330 which was a bit excessive for the service tendered especially for elderly people and for a job not did not fix the issue. Manage to get a second company in to actually eradicate the ants. I thought I had paid the invoice late March only to receive a scathing email in Late May saying it hasn't been paid. On investigation I established I entered details incorrectly and money was returned to me. But at no time had the business contact me for late invoice, email or phone. Only a scathing email in May. Can say that I will not use them again and totally don't agree on their customer service and they can't fix the issue to start with.
