Terrible service. non-existent communication from day of install until the job was finally semi-completed. All committed times were not met. Promised an early morning start 08:00-09:00 only for someone to arrive late the afternoon with no communication throughout the day. Next day exactly the same, promised an 08:00 start and the guys pitched up multiple hours later in the afternoon. Simple job finally semi-completed after three days as I had to reinstall some of the kitchen cupboards and clean the entire area. Sink only installed at the end of the install so whole family and overseas visitors washed dishes out of the bathroom tub for days. We didn't change specs and I took off more time from work than planned to wait around at home for something to happen. Frustratingly, my attempts to call the office to find out what was going on went unanswered during that period. Email of complaint sent and is still unanswered. But first thing this morning I was greeted with a final invoice..
