I have water coming into my apartment from the apartment above for months, year. A waterproofer came to put building on March 24th, I waited hone all day but he dud not come near my apartment. Whittles, Maroochydore now say they phone a waterproofer ONCE A WEEK to see if he can come and quote but he is too busy. I have found a local waterproofer who can come and quote and hopefully fix this mess, have emailed Whittles twice but the emails are ignored. Going to Conciliation with the Office of tge body Corp, three conciliations on the go here.. If I lived in a house, I could get any waterproofing problems fixed but loving on an apartment managed by Whittles, ignore, ignore, ignore
