Disappointed with the customer service skills of a young female that answered my phone enquiry today. Asked for an approximate cost of what chemicals for a 28000 litre pool would be if I had to restart the chemicals from scratch. Most pool technicians one would think would have a rough idea of the chemicals needed for a pool especially when litres are known. I saw this with the first pool I built. The technician came with a certain amount of chemicals in his van to do the job. He seemed to know roughly was needed to get the pool chemicals going. The young girl could not answer my question and was quite rude in her tone of voice when answering me after I said to her that there must be a basic idea of the chemicals / costs required. I am having a new pool installed very soon. I will not be returning to this business for testing, chemical purchases, purchase of a pool cleaner or any maintenance.
