Our studio is situated in Arkinstall Park Tennis Centre in a beautiful open space studio that offers high quality classes for you to get the most out of your time with us.

We offer a range of Pilates mat classes from beginner to advanced, privates to duets and we are open 5 days a week and have a class to suit every schedule.
