Due to an apparent staff exodus that was never explained or apologised for, a four month property settlement, without conflict, took sixteen months. During this time the information need to be updated multiple times. I incurred this cost and the final cost ended up being more than the initial advised price. The tardiness also cost lost opportunities. My experience may have been unfortunate in terms of timing but I am very disappointed.
