$165 just to tell me they couldn’t get a part, took 2 weeks. Now laptop says the battery couldn’t be detected, took it to another repairer for a new battery he mentioned screws were missing and the battery was disconnected. Thanks we fix it another $160 just to fix the problem you created. At least I can have confidence that we fix it actually opened the computer. Very poor service, very condescending attitude from staff. Will never go back.

My virus protector picked up that there were hackers trying to log into my computer and blocked the 343 attempts within the past few days. I also found hackers were trying to access our security cameras. I became extremely worried about this so I called 'We Fix IT' (on a Saturday!) and spoke to Matthew who was quick to resolve the issue. To say Matthew was amazing is an understatement! I highly recommend We Fix IT for all computer and internet issues, they are fast, efficient, reliable and friendly.
