It’s a shame that this review is based on the service that has been provided by only 1 staff member. After 3 times, I figured I didn’t just catch him on a bad day. His courtesy needs some practice… or perhaps a job that doesn’t require dealing with people would be his area of strength. Here’s a hot tip- Smile, greet the customer, ‘sure I can help with that’ or ‘sorry, we don’t stock that item’, ‘Have a good day’. This would be better than, ‘no, we don’t do that, go somewhere else’.
