As adequate as the wagtail team may be to work to Australian standards there are a few things to be mindful of in committing to a build that may take longer than is expected, in the past the company has failed to erect adequate and secure site fencing causing it to damage public property in circumstances of mild weather and failing to re secure after removing sections to allow for delivery of large items. Unbeknownst why regardless of circumstances the company’s response was to put ownership of responsibility of damages back to the owner regardless of their occupation of the house or not. Please take this as a caution only as the team is more than capable of acceptable works. Disappointing at the least and makes one ponder why responsibility was not claimed.

They texted me to say they would ring me the next day to discuss my requirements. No phone call. I texted them again a few days later asking for a response. No reply. Very unprofessional.
