Would have to be the best Boarding kennel in Wagga, I’ve tried them all and my dogs absolutely love going back to Wagga Boarding Kennels. The staff are amazing.

I picked up my cat after being in care for 10 days. When I got my cat home I discovered that he had a very nasty infection around his bottom and his tail. It was very red, raw and inflamed above the area. Fur missing from the infected area. I was told sorry that it wasn't picked up. My cat required immediate veterinary care, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. The 10 day stay proved to be extremely expensive! I was very upset that this went unnoticed by staff. I definitely will not be taking my cat there again and I do not recommend this business 😢

Hi Kelly, yes we did apologise and unfortunately we don’t go around lifting up all the cats tails looking at there bottoms. Your cat showed no signs to us of being unwell. Some cats would rather just hang out in their kennels so I’m not sure what we are expected to do. The infection was nothing to do with our care. Regards
