The sub contractors they use were (mostly) great, but it took 6 months from paying deposit to the first peg in the ground. After a year, and more than double the estimated budget, we had a meeting to try and resolve the issues, and Vision Pools effectively packed up and left. (No permanent fence, tiling not finished.) They could not even get an updated estimate to just lay tiles around the pool, they redirected their subcontractors away from our job when only half done. Vision Pools wrote in an email that if we could find someone else to pave the surrounds, (one month before Christmas), " I suggest you engage them". They often took weeks to respond to emails, except for when payments were involved. The receptionist Donna was probably the most useful person in the whole company.

We have built two pools with the excellent team at Vision Pools. The building process went very smoothly, the contractors were professional, and the result was a beautiful swimming pool of the highest standard.

I love the new pool built in my neighbours yard just stunning, has the real wow factor, think we may have to give you a call and value add to ours to has to be better though
