Recently had Viking fibreglass my tiled spa. Super happy with Danny and all the lads on the job. Outcome was exactly as promised and delivered on time. Reliable and great value in my personal experience. Very happy with the completed job.

I paid full amount as per invoice and they did some unfinished job in my property for a spa. It’s been almost a year and I am still chasing them. Can’t put blame on a single staff, felt like it’s a combined fault.

I wonder where all this good reviews are coming from.. approached them with the government’s grand to fix our spa.. they asked us to pay more without even doing much.. it’s been almost an year now.. we ended with nothing done and our money down the drain.. when we asked to return the money we paid, they agreed initially but now not accepting our calls.. we got the work done by another bloke good quality.. but we are at a loss now.. shouldn’t have gone to them in the first place.. wouldn’t recommend to anyone to go through what we have gone through..

Would not recommend going with viking pools. So many issues. Company hit our plumbing whilst installing the pool, gave the paving company the wrong pool layout so our paving was installed incorrectly. Did not advise the glass fencing company of our fencing layout correctly causing a 2 month delay on products. Did not inform the builder of the correct layout so the builder had to come back 3 times to fix and update our deck to comply with fencing protocols. Pool now has bubbles in it and is less then 12 months old. Company don’t turn up on time. Have on numerous occasions, not turned up at all with no correspondence. Still chasing them to come and fix the pool bubbles. Company wanted me to pay the full payment prior to the job being finalised and paperwork being handed back over to us to confirm compliance of the fence and pool with regulations. Have had a really stressful and unsupportive experience with this company from start to finish. Every trade involved has had to return to site.
