Admittedly I was nervous having my 2 standard poodles groomed because I have had some really bad experiences elsewhere BUT I was over the moon with the standard of grooming at Vanity Fur. The groomer did exactly what I asked for and they looked amazing. It was also my pups first groom so I was pleasantly suprised that he was completed. I really didn't think he would sit still. The dogs were ready on time and sitting quietly when I came back to collect them. I couldn't have asked for better service.

Booked for mini groom which was over 70 dollar. My dog came back still slight damp, his hair above eyes uneven, I had to correct. When I got home I noticed lots knots which I had to remove myself. His paws were still brown and his brown stains around eyes still present, I cleaned myself. My friend was there as witness who was equally shocked. I ran a very successful business and I know how important reviews are and you strive to achieve these. This company did not fulfil a 5 star review and I would never recommend to others. Very poor and dissapointing

Extremely unhappy with the service I received yesterday. Baxter was given an extremely short cut when I specifically told Charlotte that I wanted length left on him. He has a cut on his leg which I wasn’t told about & only found when we got home. I also asked for a teddy bear trim to his face - he has been cut square (like a schnauzer) & the cut is uneven. The rest of his body hasn’t been evenly done either. On top of all this he was distressed & couldn’t get out of there fast enough. For the price paid (in advance!) it was not a good experience whatsoever & I would definitely not recommend. Also none of my calls or messages were returned.
