True to the word Vanguard, we lead from the front in the development of new ideas and ways of doings things. Our background in the industry, combined with years of experience in the communication sector enables our agents to think on their feet and problem solve the most complex situations to ensure that our clients needs are met every time. We are a licensed Mercantile Agency with our headquarters located in Townsville, Australia. We manage agents over the North Queensland area covering Bowen to the south, Cardwell to the north and west to Charters Towers (locations outside this area by negotiation).

An agent is an authorised person assigned to act as their representative in whatever manner they require field work to be completed.
