Our stone bench top was installed crooked by Valley Kitchens, and this has been an ongoing issue which I have been trying to get rectified for a long time, noone will call me back as they do not use the same supplier anymore, I mean I have left countless voicemails, sent emails and a promise of a callback that never comes. Cabinetry was also warped, and the supervisor at the time had that fixed very quickly, but after he left noone is willing to help. To get that even booked in was such a challenge it took over a year to even get the things from our defect list looked at. It is a shame, as outside of this issue, Valley Kitchens did a great job but based on their non-existent communication and that they won't fix something we paid for and is an error on their part, I could not recommend using them. I would never EVER recommend this USELESS and UNPROFESSIONAL company to anyone. I have since read the reviews on this company and completely relate to all of them with our experience. Had I done this before choosing a kitchen I would NEVER have opted to get it done with them BECAUSE ALL THE REVIEWS ARE BAD! ...They put the incorrect bench top in and are refusing to fix it ! Avoiding all calls and emails! So very UNPROFESSIONAL and PATHETIC on the owners part... Wanted a MATT finish bench top ! Had a GLOSS finish installed !! Yes signed off on MATT finish NOT GLOSS ! And they put the complete wrong one in ! DO NOT INSTALL A KITCHEN WITH THIS USELESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE AND RUDE COMPANY !

Very happy with the service and quality of our new kitchen. The staff were more than happy to assist with the design and installation. Everything I had expected and more.
