VacShop Mayfield

I took my carpet cleaner to Godfrey's twice & I wish I took it to this place sooner as they fixed it quick & didn't cost much at all. Highly recommended this place over Godfrey's any day x be back soon x

I highly recommend the vac shop at Mayfield and the incredibly helpful manager and staff. I took my dyson for a repair and was given a quote along with a range of other options that would be suitable for my needs. While they didn't get a repair job from me today they will get my recommendation to all family and friends to get along to Vac Shop for all their vacuuming needs

Firstly, I have to say, the thing that stood out to me the most was the fantastic customer service I received. My sister and myself both needed advice on our 'sick' Dyson stick cleaner vacuums. The owner was more than helpful and was happy to give us her undivided attention, without being pushy, which was very refreshing. She was also training a young man and I was also very impressed how she spoke to him and advised him the best way to treat the customers, she was very spectific about him giving us %100 attention until we left the shop. They weren't about trying to sell us something we didn't need that would have cost more $. We just got the advice required to fix our vacuums and lots of additional information on how to look after our machines to give them a longer life in the future. I was very very happy. It's customer service like this that makes me continue to want to use their business in the future.
