Ultra Tune Coolum

Terrible. Diagnosed job as needing small part and easily fixed. Tried to book in over a period of four months. Numerous calls went unanswered. When finally answered was given excuses, part has to come from overseas as well as short of staff. When job diagnosed a second time found found part wasn’t needed and small job became a $1200.00 job. Had the job elsewhere for $180 with no parts needed.

A+ facility. Workshop is clean and well maintained. Looks like they have a lot of new, expensive fancy tools and machines. The waiting room is like being at home, chilling out watching TV. Never have I had a mechanic treat me so well. These guys are honest, well priced and reliable. The follow up customer service is unreal. I 100% recommend!

I recently had my card serviced by Daniel and the team at UltraTune Coolum. Great service, great phone manner and Nice and genuine people all around. The waiting facilities upstairs are sensational too, I could happily use it all day it need be. Was a great experience all around. In fact, I was super impressed when I picked up the car and the invoice was a little cheaper than what I had been originally quoted as the parts were a little cheaper when they ordered them to do the service.

The only people I trust with my MK6 GTI. These guys are absolutely awesome and always perform work to a very high standard!
