My son rang the Ultimate after it stalled and wouldn’t start on 12 April. That’s all what happened, so that’s all he told the Ultimate. Despite replacing the battery for $235 (the old battery was just a year old), the car stalled again shortly after pickup yesterday morning, 14 April 2025. Further inspection revealed overheating issues due to a leaking radiator and possibly a gasket too. I'm unhappy with the INCOMPLETE INITIAL INSPECTION and the rude customer service. You know who you are and you hang up on me ! That is plain rude! You released the car knowing it was still faulty, which is unacceptable! * This is the same car you service!

Cannot recommend more. I worked in a garage for over 10 years my father was an A grade mechanic so I grew up around cars. Fantastic customer service from both admin staff and owner. Very efficient and clearly explained all needs. Probably the first time I have picked up my car and within 1km could tell a huge difference. Very talented, caring and efficient team with a smile! Honestly the best overall service ever. Well done Ultimate and thank you.

The customer service you receive at ultimate tyre and auto is second to none. From the first step in the door to when you drive out the team take car of you and your car. I love how they consult you before any extra work is done on your car so you don't get any surprises when you go to pick it up.
