Best hairdresser on the Coast. Always get compliments on my cut and colour. Brilliant at doing clean blonde colour and Jen has excellent taste in wine!

What a great experience from not only modern cut and colour to having henna eyebrow tint before you leave. Highly recommend both Jenny or Chelsea who listen to what you want and deliver just that. Modern salon and reasonable price. Tick tick Will definitely Be back. Also are very COVID regulation aware

Nobody likes being pushed into having a service done that they don't want, nor rushed along without any chance to ask questions or make a proper decision. Instead of rushing clients along, ultimately risking their satisfaction, please take the time to have an adequate consultation and make sure you are both on the same page with want they want to achieve. There is a sign up on the wall threatening to charge clients if they don't show up for appointments- there is probably a reason people don't show up! Incompetent and unprofessional, not at all client-centred, and not being very welcoming are aspects that leave a bad taste in the mouth. I felt like I was just a burden taking up time before I finally gave over my money. The owner glaring and yelling across the room at her employee is also a turn-off- unsettling and uncomfortable. Just go over and politely check her work with her, instead of undermining her and the client's confidence.

The Twisted Sista team are welcoming & always ready to help you look your best. This place is funky, fun & friendly. With all ages welcome these ladies can cut colour Spraytan and Wax and always good for a laugh !

Best hairdresser ever she is the only one who can cut my curly hair, I have been to so many and they don't cut and colour hair like Jan can. My mum and sister go to her too, so many people have asked me were do I go to have my hair done, it is fantastic
