WORST customer service experience EVER! Rang last week to get a quote on an entire remediation job on a pool - spoke to a nice guy originally who said they would send someone out on Monday. Rang yesterday (Thursday) to see if someone attended the property as it's currently untenanted - spoke to Gary the owner, who told me the shop is busy and he would need to take my details and call me back . After no call back, rang again today (Friday), got Gary on the phone again (lucky me - after all, he's the owner) - reminded him I'd rang yesterday about a particular pool at a property, and was met with a "yeah?" in a rude tone - well guess what Gary - time to retire or sell your business - because you won't be getting mine or anyone else's I know. Good luck with your poor customer service and lack of follow up - it doesn't take much to be polite on the phone in the very least - as for a business owner, your lack of professionalism astounds me, and I'll ensure to pass that feedback on.
