I'm still waiting on my refund fromTweed Heads Leak Detection came on site Friday morning to pin point the location of a water leak as per Plumber's advice and did not use any sonar or probe to detect the leak. They attached a hose line on my garden tap and pumped gas. Did not have head phones to listen just eye balled a bubbling near my storm water pipe. They did not know what the infrastructure was under the ground and said the leak was coming from where the down pipe was. Area was marked I did not find a leak where they said. They said it was $800 cost to repair. I said no. I said to myself this doesn't sound right. That's expensive. I needed gal replaced also on my tap but he couldn't do that. So I paid $385. When my own plumber cut out my concrete path he found no leak where marked. They came back to refund me Mon morning but said they're machine had flat batteries. Oh yeah right! Instead he wants my bank account details. Alarm bells! Use at your own peril!
