Use tweed Taxi’s a lot a I am a non driver always found them great ring up always on time use them thru dva also great say a time arrive on time every driver I have had excellent never had a bad experience yet there prices are great would highly recommend them even office staff I have spoken to friendly and caring always answer my questions excellent service one of the best companies I have ever dealt with if you treat all people the way I am treated I am sure you do so keep up the good work tweed Taxi’s thank you gave you five stars if I could give more I would ten out of ten tweed Taxi’s great company to do business with Regards tony

Requested aTaxi at 6pm on 21/04/21 for pick up at No 2 Snapper Rocks Road Coolangatta. An Hour later Taxi arrives. Made numerous calls only to be told I was in Tweed Heads. Even spoke to a Call Centre in Sydney who didn’t know where Rainbow Bay Surf Club at Coolangatta was. I have a disability and to have to Sit on a Step for an hour is unacceptable. One call person said that we had already been picked up. Regards Stuart

First time in Kingscliff, very disappointing the taxis service at times very disorganised , 2 times I had text saying that a taxi Is on approach and never turned up once I called 4 times to follow up, it was a joke ,we stayed for a week,had to call an Uber half the time , I will hire a car next time.

Ordered a maxi taxi. Driver was rude & seemed crazy. Talking on phone whilst driving & no seat belt. Drove like a maniac. Not a good way to start your evening out with friends.
