I had an issue with my washing machine where it was so old that the company did not list the error message showing on my unit. They did not just fob me off but provided assistance above and beyond my expectations. I eventually decided to get a new cheap machine for now as it was impossible to tell the extent of the problem, nor the cost of repair. They were polite and very professional and would highly recommend to use this company.
