What a rude unhelpful man we encountered her today. Toilets locked so went inside to ask for a key, waited & waited & waited for him to get off the phone, finally had to interrupt him, to then be abused by him for interrupting his call, gave us a key which turned out to be the wrong one so never got to use the toilet. Not a very welcoming intro to Tully.

We were very impressed with your staff member Mel. I had a medical problem which required an extended stay. Mel was extremely helpful and kind. Wish there were more like her. Keep up the good work.
