Not recommended, not recommended!!!

This review is written from the perspective of a neighbour of someone who contracted True Blue Tree and Stump Removal so therefore I can’t comment on the quoting process or the value of the service. This review comments on the interaction had with the owner following the removal of trees from my neighbours yard. The workers positioned the required large machinery in front of our house in a way that obstructed our driveway. Additional machines were positioned on our front lawn that dropped oil and has damaged the lawn. The owner has been arrogant during most phone conversations and has not demonstrated ability to comprehend the issue. At the completion of the work wood chips were littered over my entire front lawn and garden beds. The neighbour attempted to rectify the problem but was not successful. I contacted the owner who returned 3 days later for aprox. 5minutes with a leaf blower and was told I was blowing it out of perspective, The woo chip is still through the lawn.

We have a lot of palm trees and one of them needed to be removed and the rest thinned out and cleaned up. Andre provided a quote quickly and the price was good. When the men arrived to do the job they ran through everything again to make sure there were no issues. The men worked quickly and made sure I was happy with each section of our yard before moving on. They did a great job and cleaned up perfectly. We will definitely use them again. Thank you
