Booked a flight to Tokyo got a bit suspicious they said I would get a refund 4 weeks ago still waiting

Hi Paul unfortunately you have not dealt with my business you have been dealing with Travelpro Ltd i believe - I have a totally different phone number email address & location. I have no staff & no website.
