Told when dropped off vehicle, that it would be ready for pickup in 1 to 1.5hrs. Returned 1 1/2hrs later to find car still on hoist with no wheels. Was told it was almost ready. Wait another half hour, watching through work shop window at zero activity. When I asked for update, was told tyres were being balanced. 1/2hr later car is backed out of fitting Bay, and moved to wheel alignment Bay. 15 minutes later, car in same spot, with no work going on. When I again had to ask for an update, and complained about excessive wait, told it would be another 20 minutes. Still waiting as I write this review.

Hi Alan, We are terribly sorry about the delay you had to experience at our store. Unfortunately sometimes we do fall behind on our times. We thrive to meet reasonable wait times and we are working on plans to shorten these times. Thank you.
